Purchase of goods

By purchasing on item from us, you are deemed to have been agreeable to all the Term & Conditions stated, including our Delivery/Refund & returns conditions.

Sut Lick Trading (S) Pte Ltd reserves the right to reject the transaction at our own discretion and our company have the right to amend Term & Conditions anytime. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services, or access our site.

When purchasing goods on Sutlick.com you must fill in your personal information such as name, address, and payment information. You will receive order confirmation email when order complete.

Shipping

Shipping cost will calculate when you choose a shipping option in checkout.

Once the goods are packed, we will arrange and shipped within 1-3 business working days via our courier service company. You will receive an email with your tracking number. You will be able to track where your item within 24 hours after purchase. In the event your parcel has not reached you within 7 working days (local SG orders) or 30 working days (International orders) after parcel has been dispatched to the distributor, kindly send email to our sales team  (info@sutlick.com) so we can assist you on your parcel status.

International Buyer clearance import tax

For International standard shipping, the clearance import tax on its jurisdiction is borne by buyer.

Self-collection

Please place your orders online and select Self- Collection.  Do allow at least 2-3 working days for processing.
Once your order is ready for collection, our sales team will send you a confirmation email. Please inform us via email to info@sutlick.com at least 24 hours prior to collection.

*** Order must collect within two weeks from the date of purchase.

Refund and return policy

The item sold is not refundable, we strictly do not entertain refunds once the order placed. Items can be return within 30 days from invoice date, and it is applicable for selected items only, however it is not applicable for electronic item. Customers can only exchange items they wish to return, and subject to stock ability. You must obtain a RETURN MATERIALS AUTHORIZATION (RMA) number prior to returning any items via our email: info@sutlick.com. Return items MUST BE unused or sealed parts and it is subject up to 30% of restocking fees. Customer is responsible for shipping fees on the return items back.
